Individual growth planning sessions

All members get regular sessions with their Growth Specialist to review their progress against their Growth Plans, refresh their growth plans and identify their ONE BIG FOCUS for the next 3 months. 

White labelled content to use in your marketing

When COVID-19 really hit in the UK our members were crying out for help with emails and articles to keep their clients informed and up-to-date with the new normal. So the club stepped in and provided white-labelled content to use in your blogs, social media and emails to clients. (We always recommend that you tweak the white-labelled content to make it suitable for your clients and also sound like your firm.) This is now an on-going benefit for all members. There will always be 4+ articles each month which you can use in your own firm’s marketing activities.

Our members have reported that this benefit alone has saved them many hundreds of pounds on hiring their own content writer for their firm’s marketing.

Daily Power-Up Sessions [Boost and Grow members only]

When COVID-19 hit our members were telling us that they were feeling overwhelmed, anxious and scared about the future. So we introduced our Daily Power-Up Sessions. These are from 09:00 – 09:30, Monday to Friday. (UK time) In these sessions will always be a Growth Specialist to lead the conversation, boost your mood and answer your queries. These sessions are your opportunity to start the day feeling good about yourself and what you need to do. At the moment between 5 and 15 members turn up and share stories, check in with each other and leave feeling positive, support and inspired.

Fortnightly group coaching and accountability calls [Boost and Grow members only]

Every fortnight you are invited to a virtual group coaching and accountability call. In this 45-minute call you will have a chance to get help on your issues from other club members, as well as get accountability for your planned actions for the next two weeks.

Access to over 275+ resources in the club membership library

Members get access to all the resources in the club membership site. The membership site grows by at least 5+ resources each month. In fact, new resources are normally built in response to member requests. Included within the membership library are new business scripts, process maps, marketing plans, recordings, role descriptions, tip sheets… and much, much more.

Private Facebook Group

The club has a lively and supportive Facebook groups were members check in with each other and get help on any immediate queries they may have.

Masterminding and networking with other members

Members are invited to attend our Members’ Days. These are where members get together to network, learn and mastermind together.

For Grow and Boost Members these are included in your monthly fees. Seed members can attend these days for a small fee. 


Boost members only: 1:2:1 coaching

Boost members receive an hour of 1:2:1 coaching a month, plus weekly check ins from their Growth Specialist.


Before the social distancing restrictions hit all members were invited to approximately 6 workshops a year to work on part of their business. When the social distancing restrictions have been lifted and people feel able to travel again we will reintroduce physical workshops and member days.

Mini training programmes

Every 3-4 months the club puts on a mini-training programme for members and/or their staff. Typically the training programmes are 3-4 months in length and involve virtual masterclasses, group coaching calls and self-study. In 2019 these training programmes included:

  • Beyond the numbers – a 3 month programme for team members to learn how to start advising clients

These mini training programmes are accredited for CPD purposes.

Members get access to a range of discounts with 3rd party suppliers. We are adding more and more discounts over time. These exclusive offers will pay for a year of Seed membership.

When I first joined the club I was living hand to mouth with my cash flow, often having to dip in the money I had put aside to pay my VAT and corporation tax bill.
